February at Hunter’s Lodge, Priddy

The pub may not look quaint but if you want an authentic pub then this is probably the most original pub in the area by far. There was a biting wind the day I came to paint the pub in February. I remember feeling happy when I saw that the landlord had lit the fire, the smoke pouring from the chimney whilst I sat there painting. Most importantly of all, the beer is wonderfully looked after.
