I turn to painting when ever I can, and will easily lose myself for a few of hours when I do. Many think that it is relaxing but the truth is it can be quite stressful at times. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean stressful in a bad way. The stress is part of the creative process, taking you from a blank sheet of paper to something you’re pretty happy with.
